FreeBridge's founder, Michael Halperin, is a Professional EOS Implementer who received training from Gino Wickman, the originator of EOS and the author of the book Traction©.
Using the EOS Process®, Michael works with entrepreneurs and their leadership teams to purely Implement EOS so they can make the trip from where they are, to running a GREAT business.

Michael Halperin has nearly 20 years of experience in the IT Services industry, leading four different Managed Services practices along the way.
Michael's engagements with over two dozen IT Services companies include a variety of strategic and tactical projects ranging from sales and operations to Mergers & Acquisitions. Operators, investors and others involved in the industry engage Michael for his industry and operational expertise.
MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS
Michael has participated in nearly two dozen M&A projects, mostly focused in the Managed Services/IT Services industry. He has led every aspect of M&A projects including sourcing, negotiation, fund-raising, operational/technical diligence, contracting and post-acquisition integration.
Buyers and sellers have engaged Michael for everything from comparative perspective to detailed operational diligence, using a methodology he has refined across multiple projects.

As an expert in the Entrepreneurial Operating System, various organizations engage Michael for presentations and workshops related to EOS. Michael has presented EOS to companies, peer groups and CEO Forums of various size.
